What does the ₹50,000 franchise fee cover?
It covers the one-time franchise license, first year of Elite software plan (₹18,000 value), full setup & onboarding, staff training, patient recovery resources, branding kit, and priority listing on the platform. It is a flat fee — no hidden charges.
Is the ₹50,000 fee refundable?
The fee is non-refundable after clinic setup is completed. If we fail to onboard your clinic within 7 days, a full refund is given.
What happens after the first year?
After year 1, you continue on the Elite plan at ₹18,000 + GST per year. Platform lead sharing (25%) continues on leads we send. No repeat franchise fee.
Is this an exclusive territory franchise?
We offer preferred territory placement on the platform for franchise partners. Exclusivity in a pin code is available for premium franchise partners (contact us for details).
Can I use my existing clinic name?
Yes. Your clinic operates under your own name and brand. The PhysioTantra Franchise badge is displayed alongside your branding, not instead of it.
Do I need to share revenue?
Only 25% on leads we send you. Sessions you bring yourself = zero revenue share. The franchise fee is the only upfront cost.
How is this different from the clinic subscription?
The clinic subscription (₹12,000–₹18,000/year) is for clinics that want to use our software independently. The franchise is for clinics that also want to be part of our platform, get leads, carry our badge, and access recovery resources.
